★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado por el servicio a domicilio. 1:15 hrs en tener un medicamento. De la central a la farmacia se hace la triangulación... Y en la farmacia hasta que se pidan varios pedidos lo surten. Ojalá hagan algo que agilice la entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con terminal inalámbrica y después de las 10 pm, cuando la atención es en ventanilla y vas a pagar con tarjeta te piden la tarjeta y el número confidencial para que el personal realice el cargo. Totalmente inaceptable.

Cuando les informas que cuentas con ella, les da flojera hacer los cambios en el sistema para que se pueda sumar tu compra al sistema de puntos.
El servicio de ayer martes 1 de diciembre por la mañana, dejó mucho que desear.
They forget to ask if you have the yza card or offer it to you.
