I was first in line when she totally skipped me and charged the person behind me first, I did not receive an explenetion why she charged the other person first. My bill was 57.50 she rounded up with out asking me, if I wanted to donate the. 50 pesos, I do not care about the .50 pesos bit I think it's the principal of customer service, I managed to get her last name on the name tag Martinez.
As a person that has to constantly have to deal with costumer service I do not think her service was profesional. I hope farmacias yza works on employing people that always have a smile on their face.
To summarize, this place needs better costumer service.
