Lo malo es que yo ya había pagado en Walmart They do not send the medicines at the time or day they tell you, I have contacted them and no one gives you a solution, they send you from customer service to tracking, I spent more than 2 hours on the phone line and finally I don't know solved nothing is a scam. C	Christopher González Trejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención hice un pedido a la 13:13 el cual me dijeron que llegaría a más tardar a las 16:00 lo cual no fue así, les marqué más de 10 veces para preguntar el estatus del mismo y solo me daban nuevo horario de entrega por tránsito problemas mecánicos etc. Hasta que según llegaría a las 21:00 pero me puse contactar con el repartidor y el fue el único honesto desmintiendo toda esta situación ya que nunca estuvo ni cerca de mi domicilio es una burla para sus clientes que hagan esto ya que lo pedí por que era un medicamento que me urgía y se los comenté y ellos me aseguraron que si llegaría pero solo fue una mentira tras otras no pierdan el tiempo aquí ya que solo les mentirán. Hablamos para checar en dónde iba el pedido y nos dijeron que ya no tenían el medicamento, pero si realizaron el cobro a nuestra tarjeta; al hablar con "la persona encargada" nos colgó la llamada en varias ocasiones, y solo se excuso diciendo que si tenían el medicamento pero al mismo tiempo que realizamos la compra alguien más hizo la suya y nos ganó el medicamento. Nos dijeron que el medicamento llegaba el día de hoy, y les pedimos que lo enviaran, hablamos en la mañana y nos dijeron que se canceló el pedido, y que ya nos habían realizado el reembolso. Que creen!! Ni medicamento, ni el reembolso. NO COMPREN AQUI, si no quieren una mala experiencia, parece que no saben que lo que venden es MEDICAMENTO no manzanas. zero stars, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Les falta honestidad para decir desde un principio que hay lugares de residencia a los que no llegan los envíos aún estando dentro del área metropolitana. Sólo cobraron y no les importó nada más. Compre un medicamento para la presión arterial desde el sabado y es hora en que no lo he recibido . Es una falta de respeto terrible ya que estamos hablando de medicamentos vitales para la vida y a esta gente poco le importa. Desde que levante el pedido hasta el dia de hoy nada que llega y ahora me salen en DHL que la farmacia les dio mal la dirección y se va a retrasar dos días más la entrega. Sólo una pregunta... Si mi paciente se muere a quien demandó por ineptitud. PESIMO SERVICIO The service at this place is lousy. Recomendado!, espero así sean mis futuros pedidos. Gracias
