★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de sus empleados. Por el hecho de pedir que cobraran lo que es el empleado mencionó que era la última vez que me cobrarían con tarjeta. El hecho fue que redondean los centavos. Si pagas con tarjeta lo más lógico es que te cobren lo que es sin redondeos. Entendería si fuera pago en efectivo. A veces es difícil por el cambio. Pues ellos te redondean aunque pagues con tarjeta. De centavo en centavos de hacen los pesos. No se me hace justo que realicen ese tipo de acciones. Cabe mencionar que el empleado comentó que fue por indicaciones de su empleador. Considero que debe haber respeto hasta para decirle al cliente de forma respetuosa que ya no le permitirás pago con tarjeta. Así que a verificar sus notas si no lo hecho en pago con tarjeta.

The fact was that they round up the cents. If you pay by card, the most logical thing is that they charge you what it is without rounding up. I would understand if it was cash payment. Sometimes it's hard because of the change. Well, they round you up even if you pay with a card. From cent to cent the pesos are made. I don't think it's fair for them to do that kind of thing. It is worth mentioning that the employee commented that it was due to instructions from his employer. I believe that there should be respect even to tell the customer in a respectful way that you will no longer allow him to pay by card. So check your notes if you haven't done it in card payment.
