★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't realize that it is not legal to sell medication such as antibiotics in Mexico without a prescription. Some 'Pharmacists' will sell you the medication, but make an enormous profit. I paid $388 pesos for 8 tablets of Cipro( I asked for amoxicillin ). This is $20+ US dollars . It is best to pay $45MX for a consultation with a physician and then $98 pesos for the correct medication to treat your ailment. I hope this review helps spare vulnerable tourists some time and money. Be careful!
