★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de otras sucursales es en realidad pequeña, cuenta con lo básico aún que por la zona los precios no son los mejores. También encontrarán distintos tipos de fórmula para bebé. Difícil encontrar estacionamiento sobre la avenida, tendrás que dejar tu auto en las calles paralelas y caminar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una medicina y me mandaron otra, llamé y me mandaron la q pedí pero me la volvieron a cobrar no se quisieron llevar la equivocada; volví a llamar sin exagerar 8 veces y me decían q esperara un momento dejándome colgada; hasta la novena vez me contestaron bien, pero me dijeron que tenía q ir a sucursal por el cambio o por el dinero. Eso no es buen servicio me hicieron perder tanto tiempo y la medicina. Si llamé para q me la llevaran es porq no podía ir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a surtir una receta el 6 de Septiembre, el Cajero que me atendió me entregó un medicamento incorrecto (Jardianz, el cual es para Diabéticos) y me ha causado reacciones/malestares. Yo necesitaba Jarsix que es para alergiass. Farmatodo debe asegurar contar con empleados preparados y que sigan procesos para disminuir riesgos de equivocaciones como esta, ya que pueden causar daños irreversibles a la salud de sus clientes o hasta la muerte.
I went to fill a prescription on September 6, the Cashier who attended me gave me the wrong medication (Jardianz, which is for Diabetics) and it has caused me reactions / discomfort. I needed Jarsix which is for allergies. Farmatodo must ensure that it has trained employees and that they follow processes to reduce the risk of mistakes like this, since they can cause irreversible damage to the health of its customers or even death.
