Sin embargo, la atención es lenta. Puedes pedir a domicilio por Whatsapp sin costo (en horario definido) pero tienes que tener paciencia, porque no te responden de inmediato. Y cuando vas a la sucursal casi es peor. Es una mala señal que haya bancas dentro de la sucursal para esperar, porque de hecho sí vas a usarla. La última vez que fuimos, solamente había dos personas en la fila y el tiempo de espera fue de casi 30 minutos.

However, attention is slow. You can order at home by Whatsapp at no cost (at defined times) but you have to be patient, because they do not respond immediately. And when you go to the branch it's almost worse. It is a bad sign that there are benches inside the branch to wait, because in fact you are going to use it. The last time we went, there were only two people in line and the wait time was almost 30 minutes.
