Hace unas semanas hice pedido por medio de WhatsApp, para pasar a recoger el pedido un día después, la sorpresa fue que ni aún haciendo el pedido tenían las cosas que encargue y según "todo se había agotado".Fatal servicio,ojalá a nadie más le pase,pero sin dudarlo ya no vuelvo a ir nunca más,una clienta menos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena calidad del pollo en general pero pésima atención de parte de Ana Cecilia y su esposo. Cuando entregan a domicilio, no es hasta la puerta de tu casa, es en un punto y nunca te avisan con anticipación, siempre 5 min antes de llegar al punto.
En el punto de venta que tienen, vas y jamás tienen lo que necesitas, siempre se les acaba aun cuando pides un día antes, tienen incompleto tu pedido, súper informal nunca te preguntan tu nombre o quien va recoger
Y la ultima vez nos pusieron dos piezas de pollo golpeadas según ellos las únicas que les quedaban y cuando les comentamos de los golpes, no les interesó. Fatal, no regresamos nosotros ni las personas que les habíamos recomendado el lugar.
Tengan cuidado siempre revisen su producto y no pidan a domicilio es una farsa totalmente.
