Este antiguo faro es de tiempos del porfiriato, siendo sus más antiguos registros de 1907, y está elaborado en estilo francés. Este edificio es de tamaño mediano, tiene un primer nivel en el q hay 4 áreas de exposición de diferentes temas, después de ese pequeño recorrido, es posible subir por sus escaleras hasta el balcón, en el que está el mirador, y un poco más arriba, en la parte más alta, está la vidriera y la cúpula, en la que estaba la lámpara que se encargaba de dar ubicación y seguridad a todo aquel que se acercaba a tierra firme. Vale la pena conocer el faro, es bonito y nos lleva a una época de antaño, además, es buena escala para cualquier lado al que uno se dirija, sin tener que desviarse mucho, y... tiene un baño limpio que está en servicio. ? A	Atena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy agradable con una excelente vista del mar es increíble ver como se encuentra uno rodeado por el mar, el personal del lugar es muy amable y atento a mi hasta me enseñaron una tortuga y como distinguirlas si son machos o hembras me permitieron tocarla también a mis hijos y primos, fue una experiencia única ya que me llene de información que no sabia. M	Miranda Mex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra en Isla aguada, saliendo de ciudad del Carmen se llega en combi, y la combi te deja justo atrás del museo del faro, nosotros fuimos tarde aprox 16:00hrs por lo cual el museo estaba cerrado, cierran 14:00hrs, pero si se podía subir al faro, donde también se toman unas fotos espectaculares. La entrada no tuvo costo, solo el guardia te toma registro, te dan gel antibacterial y te toman la temperatura.
