★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaraunt. Service was spot on. For dinner I had the red snapper and it was delicious with a crust on the outside and moist on the inside.
I also had the scallop carpacio. It was dressed with fennel lightly and oil on top. I actually enjoyed the finesse to the dish and how the scallop was treated, that being said I probably would not order it again as a personal preference.
The ambiance is killer and this is a great place to watch a sunset!

The quality of the food we received was an abomination, As a man who has paid for dozens of 5 star restaurant meals, resort food, fast food, food trucks, octopus served out of the back seat of a van, this was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever paid for. Crab rolls, seafood risotto, mahi mahi, all bland, dry, and we had to laugh as we forced our way through the meal. Never to return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful meal at Faro Blanco! I don’t know what these negative reviews are all about with the service, because we had an amazing experience with our waitstaff. Will return! Great way to end the day sitting on the balcony watching the sun set. Beautiful ambiance inside too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff and service was friendly and attentive while the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. We ended up dining in for dinner and had the short rib ravioli, mahi mahi, tres leches with coconut cream sauce, and coconut ice cream. The restaurant also provided a complimentary appetizer with a small glass of shrimp bisque with a cheese flaky pastry puff. It was all so tasty and I've never had a better tres leche anywhere. We would've ate here multiple nights if not for the short trip and definitely plan on coming back for the next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite restaurant on the IHG premises. Every dish was 5/5 - super fresh and bursting with flavors. Highlights included: ceviche, octopus, Peruvian corn chowder, and seafood risotto. The octopus in particular was so tender and paired well with the avocado, sweet potato, and beet chunks! Highly recommend this place for its seafood and somewhat local/Mexican-inspired dishes.
