Mi hermana si encontró uno y mencionaron ella podía usar la promoción. A la hora de la hora no quisieron hacerla valida que porque estaba a mi nombre y nunca nos dijeron ella la podía usar. Aún peor que para poder rentar necesitaría una credencial de elector y yo no soy de Mexico pero muy bien aceptaron pago de promoción sin mencionar eso. La dueña es la persona más grosera que pueda existir. Horrible service! I paid for a promotion and when I went to get the dress they were all spun. My sister if she found one and they mentioned she could use the promo. At the time of the hour they did not want to make it valid because it was in my name and they never told us she could use it. Pesimo servicio al cliente y la mama de la tipa tal para cual... terrible experiencia... les recomiendo buscar opciones este no es lugar.... Es mejor comprarlo nuevo. Hay muchos y mejores lugares para renta. Terrible attention, from start to finish. Como sugerencia pienso que quienes atienden deberían tener mejor trato y respeto hacia el cliente. Me quedaron mal la misma semana de mi evento cuando fui al entalle diciendo que mi vestido no lo tenían, me dijeron que eligiera otro y elegí uno exactamente igual al que ya había apartado solo que de otro color y no me quizo respetar el precio que ya me habían dado, sino que me quería rentar el vestido igual al doble. Y cuando les dije que no estaba de acuerdo no me querian regresar los 500 pesos del apartado. La dueña super grosera y prepotente diciendo que no tenían la culpa, pero ni siquiera me avisaron que ya no lo tenían.
