★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mejor me lo lleve, me di cuenta que al hacer el cambio de aceite note que robaron un soporte de la tapa inferior del motor solo le pusieron cinchos. Le pedí por mensaje al señor José Luis y me ignoro, por eso ago publica mi la experiencia con este taller
Terrible service, I better take it, I realized that when doing the oil change I noticed that they stole a support from the lower engine cover they only put straps on it. I asked Mr. José Luis by message and he ignored me, that's why I have published my experience with this workshop

Estuvo nuestro auto 3 meses para reparación, jamás contestó el teléfono y mensajes el señor quién por cierto ya cuando según ya había realizado todos los cargos derivados de la "reparación " llamaba incansablemente y me dijo que también la batería debía cambiar, se la cambio.15 días más tarde en un viaje que hice a USA el auto me falló me dejó tirada en carretera se lo llevó la grúa. Al revisarlo se dieron cuenta que la batería que traía era " hechiza"
CONCLUSIÓN En este taller sólo me robaron la batería y mi auto por 3 meses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este servicio es lo peor en verdad. Durante 3 meses fue imposible comunicarme con ellos para saber un diagnóstico de mi vehículo. Nunca hubo un diagnóstico claro. Pero para cobrar ..en ese aspecto hasta me hablaban para despertarme. Es despreciable la forma poco etica de trabajar de esta gente. Dejo mi caso como antecedente para que otras personas no permitan abusos y sobretodo no confíen.
This service is really the worst. For 3 months it was impossible to communicate with them to know a diagnosis of my vehicle. There was never a clear diagnosis. But to get paid ... in that aspect they even talked to me to wake me up. The unethical way these people work is despicable. I leave my case as a precedent so that other people do not allow abuse and above all do not trust.
