About Fast Defense System
Las artes marciales chinas, específicamente el Kung Fu, fueron desarrolladas simultáneamente con la introducción del budismo en China por Bodidharma, un monje proveniente de la India, quien se estableció en el templo de Shaolín en la provincia de Honan.
En el templo surgiría la escuela budista más importante de Asia central, el budismo Chan (Zen en Japón) y el Kung Fu chino, antecesor de todas las artes marciales orientales.
Wing Tzun (Wing Chun, Ving Tsun, vingtzun) fue desarrollado hace más de 250 años en el sur de China por Ng Mui, monja budista del templo Shaolín, y su alumna Yim Wing Tsun, en cuyo honor se nombra el estilo. Desde entonces el WT fue enseñado secretamente de persona a persona entre clanes y familias.
El gran maestro Yip Man, quien murió en 1972, fue el último maestro en enseñar exclusivamente a chinos. Su discípulo Bruce Lee fue el primero en enseñar el estilo en occidente y popularizarlo a través de sus películas en todo el mundo.

El entrenamiento me ha hecho bien en todos sentidos para mi salud corporal y mental. Celebro el ambiente de respeto y camaradería que se respira aquí bajo la guía de nuestro Sifu. Y, sin lugar a dudas, el arte marcial te prepara para situaciones que nadie quiere tener en la vida, pero que lamentablemente se presentan en las calles de nuestra gran ciudad. Vengan a aprender Wing Chung, arte marcial de procedencia china, o Fast Defense, el sistema ideado por el Sifu Arzate para la defensa personal en situaciones reales.
At the age of 50, I started training Wing Chung or Ving Tzun with Sifu Martín Arzate without knowing anything about self-defense. The training has done me good in every way for my physical and mental health. I celebrate the atmosphere of respect and camaraderie that is breathed here under the guidance of our Sifu. And, without a doubt, the martial art prepares you for situations that no one wants to have in life, but which unfortunately arise on the streets of our great city. Come learn Wing Chung, a martial art of Chinese origin, or Fast Defense, the system devised by Sifu Arzate for personal defense in real situations.

By far the best self defense system I have ever learned! Sifu Martín is really prepared in the art of wing chun, Filipino baton, and much more… His teachings prepare you for real situations, and not just for technicalities that end up being obsolete in real situations.

Como aprendiz de Wing Chun se necesita mucho más disciplina y paciencia para ver resultados, Sifu Martín es muy profesional en la enseñanza así como los instructores Alex, Jesús y Javi que nos apoyan en todo momento a los de rango menor. El ambiente es muy agradable ya que el trabajo mental en cada uno de los que entrenamos con Sifu Martín es básico, básico, básico. Estoy muy contento y agradecido de encontrar en mi camino a Sifu Martín.
The classes taught by Sifu Martín are excellent, it is a great experience to see how effective the Fast Defense System classes are in a short time and with a lot of practice.
As a Wing Chun apprentice much more discipline and patience is needed to see results, Sifu Martín is very professional in teaching as well as the instructors Alex, Jesús and Javi who support us at all times to those of lower rank.
