★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistía con regularidad desde que abrieron la sucursal de chapalita porque el servicio y el lugar eran de primera y era muy agradable ir. Desafortunadamente desde que pasó la pandemia la calidad cayó muchísimo, las chicas que dan el servicio son amables, sin embargo el material es malo o está en malas condiciones, el lugar se ve sucio, apesar de que a ti como cliente te hacen tomar las medidas anticovid (que está bien, no me quejó de eso) las chicas no siempre traen cubrebocas, no se desinfectan las estaciones entre servicios e incluso las dejan atender clientes sin estar en buen estado físico, se nota que ellas no se sienten bien pero que las hacen estar ahí (la chica que hoy me atendió tenía una gripa muy fuerte la cuál creo que me contagió a pesar del cubrebocas).
Es triste ver que algo que era bueno ha decaído tanto y que nadie presta atención.
I attended regularly since the chapalita branch opened because the service and the place were first class and it was very nice to go. Unfortunately since the pandemic passed, the quality dropped a lot, the girls who provide the service are friendly, however the material is bad or in poor condition, the place looks dirty, even though they make you as a customer take the measures anticovid (which is fine, I did not complain about that) the girls do not always bring face masks, the stations between services are not disinfected and they even let them serve clients without being in good physical condition, it shows that they do not feel well but that the They make them be there (the girl who treated me today had a very bad flu which I think infected me despite the mask).
It is sad to see that something that was good has declined so much and that nobody pays attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, te ofrecen bebida. Las instalaciones son lindas. Tienen espacio para peinado y Maquillaje. No hay mucho espacio para estacionamiento pero el restaurante de un lado tiene un valet que te incluye con tu servicio de uñas.
Very friendly, they offer you a drink. The facilities are nice. They have space for hair and makeup. There isn't much parking but the restaurant on one side has a valet that includes you with your nail service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pedicure was done by Maritza. She did an absolutely wonderful job. Better than the one I had done in Montreal. The only thing is that no one but myself and the male hairdresser was masked. Some girls just had the mask hanging or not at all. Thankfully it was a quiet Monday morning.
