Ojalá los encargados del lugar tomen cartas en el asunto, pues la administración del ayuntamiento es muy estricta con el ruido y los decibeles permitidos.
The night workers put music at a very high volume and sometimes shout as if they were killing them, I don't understand what the need is. Hopefully the people in charge of the place take letters in the matter, because the administration of the city council is very strict with the noise and the decibels allowed.
