★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te desaparecen las prendas y ya cuando te das cuenta no quieren pagar su valor.. solo la mitad si les muestras nota de compra..dos veces me paso en tres visitas..sale uno perdiendo..no volveré a ir nunca.
Terrible service, your clothes disappear and when you realize they do not want to pay their value ... only half if you show them a purchase note ... twice I spend three visits ... leave one losing ... I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las secadoras no funcionan bien y el año pasado todavía tenían la garantía de secado y te daban unos minutos extras si algo había quedado húmedo... Y ahora siguen saliendo algunas prendas húmedas (aunque metas poca ropa a la secadora) pero tienes que pagar otra media secadora para que quede bien seca tu ropa. Mal servicio por ese detalle... Le quieren cobrar más al cliente por el mal funcionamiento de sus secadoras
The dryers do not work well and last year they still had the drying guarantee and they gave you a few extra minutes if something had been damp ... And now some wet clothes still come out (even if you put little clothes in the dryer) but you have to pay for another half dryer so that your clothes are well dried. Bad service for that detail ... They want to charge the customer more for the malfunction of their dryers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si horario de cierre es a las 20:00 horas, en el acceso tienen un letrero con el horario para servicios de auto lavado a las 19:00, pero llegue antes de esa hora y me dijeron que ya no tenían servicio. Muy mal por la persona que atiende.
If closing time is at 8:00 p.m., at the entrance they have a sign with the schedule for car wash services at 7:00 p.m., but I arrived before that time and they told me that they no longer had service. Very bad for the person who attends.
