The best small but charming residential neighborhood

Very bad place, not recommended at all. First the prices are overrated. Looks like you live in the industrial zone. The noise of the factories, the insurance workshop that is attached to the fence, the trailers and the *disastrous* 24-hour peripheral. Second. The guards look like kindergartners. They are sentiments. They do not see the line between owner and worker. And the neighbors are the worst, you live like in a prison. They complain about everything, even about what they don't deserve, first-class gossips, and one grabs and puts their football school inside, but you have to take into account that the neighbors are pure idiotic elderly gentlemen. The houses and the entire subdivision itself have humidity, the plants have pests. And the maintenance cost "for what it is" is high compared to other places. I lived there for 3 months and I do not recommend it at any time. And even though I never interacted with any neighbor, Nefarious people. They always had a silly complaint. Live and let live.
