Lousy, really lousy service I made an appointment for the haircut and bath of two medium / small dogs. They make an appointment for me the next day at 11:30 a.m. and this is what happened: I arrive at 11:30 and they have me outside the place waiting for 10 minutes because there was no one attending. The breakfast receptionist arrives (she still had food in a bag) and not an apology offered. Due to the characteristics of the dogs, they had given me a price of $ 220 for each one. Arriving at the place they tell me that they are $ 250, the one who attends sees them and says "I had not seen them, they are $ 280 of each one because of the size." When asking for a tab that indicates the price by size, weight or breed, it tells me that it is for the exclusive use of the place, not in view of the customers. Prices change on a regular basis and without prior notice. I ask you to cut even, without arrangements or anything. ALL COUPLE. They give me the dogs with very ugly cuts (pompadour and balls on their tails). They end up doing what they want. They confirm that they will be ready at 6 p.m. and they ask me for my cell phone to confirm if they are before. I arrive at 6 and it turns out that they are not ready and will take 45 more minutes. They were unable to call the number THEY requested to notify them. I recommend NOT going to that place, unless it is to buy food (they have a lot of variety) or supplies for dogs.
