★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Federation is Wonderful Organization. The FCM Semen Bank is clean, well staffed caring people. Need someone (1) person that speaks some basic English as more USA people are coming for shows. My pigeon Spanish was not up to par. Semen Bank wonderful equipment but not up to date on what is needed to Import Semen. Nor on some Repro Issues. Otherwise great for basic Vet needs.
