★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día , el pasado 26 de febrero del 2016 , la compañía TELÉFONOS DE MÉXICO , realizo la portabilidad de mi linea telefónica con el numero telefónico 75749892 a nombre de GLORIA NIÑO PEREZ el cual lo tenia con la compañía TOTALPLAY , y la compañia TOTALPLAY me sigue requiriendo el pago de los servicios los cuales ya fueron suspendidos desde la fecha de portabilidad y llame a su teléfono de atención a clientes y me dicen que para que vengan a recojer su equipo , tengo que pagar la cantidad de $999.00.
Acudí con la compañía TELÉFONOS DE MÉXICO a solicitar apoyo y me comentaron que ya no debo de pagar a la compañía Totalplay puesto que ya no me esta brindando sus servicios.
Es por eso que solicito de su intervención para que soliciten a la compañía TotalPlay acuda a mi domicilio por su equipo.

Good day, on February 26, 2016, the company TELÉFONOS DE MEXICO, made the portability of my telephone line with the telephone number 75749892 in the name of GLORIA NIÑO PEREZ which had it with the company TOTALPLAY, and the company TOTALPLAY follows me requiring payment of the services which were already suspended from the portability date and call their customer service phone number and tell me that in order for them to come to pick up their equipment, I have to pay the amount of $ 999.00.
I went to the TELEPHONES DE MEXICO company to request support and they told me that I no longer have to pay the Totalplay company since they are no longer providing me with their services.
That is why I request your intervention to ask the TotalPlay company to come to my home for your equipment.
