No son personas como tal, son una especie de autómatas sin criterio ni voluntad, que solo pueden leer palabras de una pantalla, pero no tienen ni la capacidad ni la voluntad de ayudar a nadie.
Espero ver el día en que termine el monopolio y podamos elegir otra compañía de electricidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queja: Hace casi dos meses hice el cambio de nombre de mi Servicio, mismo que estaba a nombre de Corporativo Shakespeare. La persona que me atendió pésima actitud y pésimo servicio.
Conseguí con la Gerente que me hicieran favor de fotocopiar una hoja!! de mi escritura (porque a esa hora la papaeleria cercana estaba cerrada) y eso le molestó, por lo que no hizo el tramite de cambio de nombre. Me dijo que estaba listo y no hizo nada!!! . Ahora tengo que volver a perder tiempo en ir a la sucursal!!!
Lastima porque tenia una buena opinion
mi nombre el Patricia Garcia Sanchez o por lo que tuve que perder mas tiempo en ir a una sucursal.
