★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sí pueden ir a otras oficinas háganlo, ahorrence el tiempo, las viejas huevonas primero se liman las uñas. El guardia de seguridad impone sus reglas, para colmo te hace esperar. El peor de todos!
 If you can go to other offices, do it, save your time, the old fools file their nails first. The security guard imposes his rules, to top it off he makes you wait. The worst of all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, fui a solicitar informes para un tramite y cada empleado me dice diferentes requisitos, la empleada que me atendió no sabia los requisitos y con una actitud muy soberbia y prepotente, aparte que usan sus horas de trabajo para desayunar y la gente esperando turno..y es una empresa de PRIMER MUNDO...jajajaja
PESIMO SERVICE, I went to request reports for a procedure and each employee tells me different requirements, the employee who attended to me did not know the requirements and with a very arrogant and arrogant attitude, apart from using their work hours for breakfast and people waiting for a shift ..and it is a FIRST WORLD company ... hahahaha

Pésimo servicio.
Pésima actitud de los trabajadores.
Siempre en su mentalidad de que le están haciendo un favor a los clientes, no brindándoles un servicio.
Un hermoso apartado de 5 cajeros automáticos, de los cuales solo 2 sirven, y uno de ellos no imprime tickets, y en cualquier momento fallan.
Ah!
Y hay que pagar estacionamiento de plaza exhimoda.

A beautiful section of 5 ATMs, of which only 2 work, and one of them does not print tickets, and at any time they fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente muy mala atención por parte de las personas que atienden. Llegué y tomé turno y estuve esperando como 3 minutos. Vi que no había gente y pregunté y me dijeron que pasara...de nada sirven los turnos. Atienden con mala cara y "el sistema" es muy lento. Al final pude hacer mi trámite pero no quedé satisfecho con la atención recibida.
Really very bad attention from the people they serve. I arrived and took a turn and was waiting for about 3 minutes. I saw that there were no people and I asked and they told me to happen ... the shifts are useless. They serve with a bad face and "the system" is very slow. In the end I was able to do my paperwork but I was not satisfied with the attention received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de las ejecutivas, yo solo iba por un trámite simple, pero pude observar que apoyan mucho a la gente mayor para asesorarlas en realizar pagos en cajeros y domiciliar con tarjeta bancaria.
Excellent attention from the executives, I was only going through a simple procedure, but I could see that they are very supportive of older people to advise them on making payments at ATMs and direct debits with a bank card.
