El área de cajeros tiene como 8 máquinas de fácil uso. Lee el código de barras de tu recibo de luz te notifica el monto a pagar y acepta billetes y monedas, es rápido y evita filas. En ocasiones hay algo de gente pero se mueve rápido. El área de atención a clientes es por ticket, son algo lentos aunque varía según la razón por la que vayas, sin embargo son atentos y te ayudan. Lo único es que el lugar no tiene estacionamiento, solo espacio para tres autos fuera del mismo, y es difícil encontrar un lugar son estorbar el tráfico de la zona. Solo una maquina da cambio sin pagas en efectivo. Es un esfuerzo pagar, y mas vale que lo hagas porque “La CFE no sabe como cobrar” no es pretexto para que no te corten la luz. Menos mal que es una “Empresa de calidad mundial” ? Mejor ahórrate dolores de cabez y paga en bancos o el Oxxo. Mobile app does not process payments. 3/5 machines in branch do not work. The two that work if the credit card reader does not work. Only one machine gives change without cash payments. It is an effort to pay, and you better do it because "The CFE does not know how to charge" is not a pretext to not cut the light. Thank God it is a "world class company" ? Better save yourself headaches and pay at banks or the Oxxo.

Pagas la luz te la cortan y no puedes reportar, no te dan opciones , está uno trabajando y no puede ir que, nefasto es nuestro servicio de CFE There is no number, to communicate. You pay for the electricity, they cut it off and you can't report it, they don't give you options, you're working and you can't go, our CFE service is disastrous
