★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las sucursales más ineficientes y prepotentes que puedes encontrar, se creen expertos en el tema pero de verdad que no dan una en ninguna situacion, solo platican y prácticamente no atienden a nadie ,incluso hace meses tuve un problema con el servicio y tardaron meses siendo que estoy a la vuelta ,que colmo ,siendo una compañía que se encarga de prácticamente la mayoría de la luz en la ciudad y no tienen un control de nada, ni de instalación ni de capacitación por sus servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta a unas cuadras del metro Moctezuma, lo que hace fácil su acceso en transporte público. Está entre avenidas principales para acceso en automóvil, aunque no cuenta con estacionamiento.
La atención al cliente es genial.
Tiene sala de espera, donde cómodamente puedes esperar tu turno.
Se pueden realizar pagos en sus cajero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo escondida, lo que no ayuda por la zona en donde se encuentra, no hay demasiada gente pero hay que tomar en cuenta que estamos en contigencia y semáforo rojo, la policía es el filtro la cual te manda a la practicaja o a tomar turno para que te atienda un ejecutivo. El servicio no es el malo pero tampoco se esfuerzan por brindar uno mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automaticos solamente dan cambio de $200, yo iba a pagar dos recibos con un total de $400 con un billete de $500 pero no era posible realizar la transacción xq el cajero no da cambio mayor a $200, te dicen q vayas a cambiar pero no tienía sentido si mis dos transacciones sumaban $400... en fin aqui se demuestra que una maquina no piensa ni sustituye al. Hombre. Temprano a las 8 am no hay gente, despues si hay fila. Si pagas con tarjeta es mas rápido. Definitivo mejor pagar x la aplicación.
