C	Cindy Saenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde el domingo no tenemos luz en la casa debido a que cambiaron el medidor sin avisar y dejaron mal la conexión tienen viniendo desde el lunes y no arreglan nada y ya estamos jueves para que vamos todos los dias a realizar el reporte si no van a venir y los números que ponen a disposición no enlaza llamada. La atención a cliente es deplorable, llegue minutos antes del cierre y la señora me sacó y me cerró la puerta en la cara diciéndome con nula educación que ya estaba cerrado y que llegara más temprano la próxima vez. ( es una señora de cabello corto si la ven mejor acudan a otro asesor) 1. It says here that the closing time is at 5 and they close at 3:45 2. Customer service is deplorable, I arrived minutes before closing and the lady took me out and slammed the door in my face, telling me with no politeness that it was already closed and to arrive earlier next time. (She is a lady with short hair, if you see her better, go to another advisor)

Si no tienes el recibo nuevo puedes teclear el número de servicio (que viene en cualquier recibo viejo), y aparece tu adeudo, todo muy rápido. Servicio al cliente, aclaraciones y contratos en definitiva es otra historia ojala que vayan mejorando. I am sorry to say it but with ATMs everything is more agile, they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do not have the new receipt you can enter the service number (which comes on any old receipt), and your debit appears, all very fast. Customer service, clarifications and contracts in short is another story hopefully improve.
