★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es imposible agendar una cita te ponen muchas trabas y si es que contestan te dicen q hay cita en 4 meses peor que en el imss sin mencionar todas las malas opiniones que se tienen. Es un reto que te agenden una cita a menos que sea en medio ańo no le veo caso promocionarse si no tienen capacidad de atender
It really is impossible to schedule an appointment they put a lot of obstacles in your way and if they answer they tell you that there is an appointment in 4 months worse than in the imss without mentioning all the bad opinions they have. It is a challenge that they schedule an appointment for you unless it is in half a year, I do not see the point in promoting yourself if they do not have the capacity to attend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde noviembre he intentando agendar cita sin éxito. En whats app me dicen que está ocupado que marqué después pero ese no es el problema. NO ENTRA LA LLAMADA. Hablo desde otro estado con mi celular y NO MARCA NO HAY TONO DE MARCACIÓN. Escribo el número y NO LLAMA, aparece mensaje que dice -error-. Para agendar cita en whats app sólo son cita virtuales pero a mí me gustaría ir en persona porque tengo literalmente un hoyo en una muela hasta el centro de ésta. Se me cayó una resina que me pusieron.
Creo que sino se puede hacer la llamada podrían dar alguna alternativa para agendar cita.
Cuando logre agendar cambiaré la calificación a 5 estrellas. Ojalá puedan darme una solución.
Since November I have tried to make an appointment without success. In whats app they tell me that it is busy that I dialed later but that is not the problem. THE CALL DOES NOT ENTER. I speak from another state with my cell phone and NO DIAL NO DIAL TONE. I write the number and DO NOT CALL, a message appears that says -error-. To schedule an appointment in whats app they are only virtual appointments but I would like to go in person because I literally have a hole in a tooth to the center of it. I dropped a resin that they put on me.
I think that if you cannot make the call, they could give you an alternative to schedule an appointment.
When I manage to schedule I will change the rating to 5 stars. Hopefully they can give me a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde Octubre agendé cita y me comentaron que esperara la dirección para hacerme los estudios. Estoy a 7 días de mi consulta y no me mandan nada. He marcado y las señoritas que atienden el teléfono dicen que después me dirán, que espere más tiempo. Yo voy desde otro Estado y no se me hace justo que así me traigan. Quizá a las chicas no les interesa si voy o no porque ellas perciben un sueldo pero a mí me interesa mi salud bucal.
Since October I made an appointment and they told me to wait for the address to do the studies. I am 7 days away from my consultation and they do not send me anything. I have dialed and the ladies who answer the phone say that later they will tell me to wait longer. I'm coming from another state and it doesn't seem fair to me that they bring me that way. Perhaps the girls are not interested in whether I go or not because they receive a salary, but I am interested in my oral health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Baena Sr. is a world class dentist. Their brand new space is what you would might see in Toronto at the most advanced level. Everything is done in-house. They have brand new, advance 3D x-ray, etc. I am very happy and confident to tell people that Dr. Baena is my dentist.
Just a note: There's something strange with the one star reviews. They speak nothing of the incredible service and altruistic nature of this office. I always have a sense that they really care and, well, they've always taken care of me and my family. Odd that the bad review is only about booking an appointment? I shake my head... can't be, simply not the case.
