★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo... El muchacho que estaba ahi estaba tratando de sacarle dinero a cuanta persona entraba... Me cobro 30 pesos por una caja y lo que hizo fue agarrar un pedazo de cartón viejo y usado, lo cortó y envolvió mi artículo con el... Le pregunté por qué no usaba una caja de FedEx de las que tenía ahí y me dijo que me costaban 140 pesos... Obviamente queria verme la cara y me retiré enfadado... Otros clientes también tuvieron situaciones similares y salieron furiosos de ahí... Y no quería aceptar pagos con tarjeta porque así no podría robar... Solo aceptaba efectivo... No vuelvo a ir ahi... Pésimo servicio y pésimo personal...
Terrible ... The boy who was there was trying to get money from every person who entered ... He charged me 30 pesos for a box and what he did was grab a piece of old and used cardboard, cut it and wrapped my article with the ... I asked him why he did not use a FedEx box of the ones he had there and he told me that they cost me 140 pesos ... Obviously he wanted to see my face and I left angry ... Other customers also had similar situations and left furious from there ... And I didn't want to accept card payments because that way I wouldn't be able to steal ... I only accepted cash ... I won't go there again ... Terrible service and terrible staff ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de cotizar e intentar mandar hacia Argentina un paquete, en todos los demás servicios ( dhl ni vallan ) resultaron ser los mejores, recomendados para envíos internacionales..
After quoting and trying to send a package to Argentina, in all the other services (DHL or Vallan) they turned out to be the best, recommended for international shipments.

i shipped some documents early in the morning, at another fedex branch without any problems, staff was very helpful.
later on, around afternoon i had to ship another package and had this branch closer to me,
i had my shipping label printed and package ready to go, just to drop off.
the lady at the counter said to me, you are missing one copy of the label, if you want a copy it will cost you 5 pesos, i agreed...
but then she told me, if i wanted a fedex shipping bag it had an extra cost.
it had never happened to me that they tried to sell the shipping bags, at least not with fedex.
so i decided to go to another branch, in this other branch they where very happy to provide me with a photocopy and a shipping bag without any extra cost.
what a difference in service, please avoid this branch, they are somewhat rude, if you want a friendly and excellent service visit the branch at Altabrisa
