Lástima que el personal de Tijuana quedaron tan mal con un paquete que envié, principalmente los repartidores, no lo llevaron a domicilio. Lo regresaron y me tocó ir por él a la matriz de la empresa, salida a Atapaneo. Pésimo servicio.
The person who attended me was kind and solved my problem. Too bad the Tijuana staff were so bad with a package that I sent, mainly the delivery guys, they didn't take it home. They returned it and I had to go for it to the company's headquarters, exit to Atapaneo. Terrible service.
