They cannot send if you do not have an RFC for sender and recipient. Pure waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es súper lento, te cobran el sobre para envío (cosa que nunca me cobran en otros servicios de paquetería) y además mientras estuve ahí, ninguna de las 4 personas que estábamos formadas (incluyéndome) pudo enviar su paquete al final porque nos pedían nuestro RFC y el de la persona que iba a recibir el paquete.
En ningún otro servicio de paquetería nos condicionan el RFC para hacer envíos.
Es la primera y última vez que intento enviar algo por FedEx. Tuve que realizar mi envío a través de DHL.
The service is super slow, they charge you for the envelope for shipping (something that they never charge me in other parcel services) and also while I was there, none of the 4 people who were in line (including me) could send their package at the end because they asked us our RFC and that of the person who was going to receive the package.
In no other parcel service do we condition the RFC to make shipments.
This is the first and last time I've tried to ship anything via FedEx. I had to make my shipment through DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No está actualizado horario de atención. Dice que a las 9 abren y abrieron hasta las 10:15. Te dicen que te atienden hasta que abra el sistema y te tienen esperando mucho tiempo. Pésimo servicio. Nada actualizado, ni horarios, ni teléfonos.
Opening hours are not updated. It says they open at 9 and they stayed open until 10:15. They tell you that they will take care of you until the system opens and they keep you waiting for a long time. Terrible service. Nothing updated, no schedules, no phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es accesible y con estacionamiento. Tenian un buen servicio al cliente, pero ahora fallan en horario y atención. Solo hay una equipo para documentar y eso hace lento el servicio. Además nunca hay sistema.
The place is accessible and with parking. They had good customer service, but now they fail in hours and attention. There is only one team to document and that makes the service slow. Also, there is no system.
