★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner menos estrellas lo haría, pésimo servicio. Retienen paquetes por gusto solo para que parezca que cumplen con la ley cuando la ley no les pide nada de eso. Y para colmo ya que hiciste todo el papeleo te cobran para entregarte el paquete que ya pagaste! No me parece justo y espero que aprendan a hacer las cosas bien.
If I could put fewer stars I would, lousy service. They retain packages for pleasure only to appear to comply with the law when the law does not ask for any of that. And to top it off since you did all the paperwork they charge you to deliver the package you already paid! I don't think it's fair and I hope they learn to do things well.
