Esperé mucho tiempo y no me dieron solución
Las personas no están capacitadas y el servicio de atención al cliente no es útil
Sobre todo esto tienen mala forma de tratar con los clientes y no ayudaron a recibir mi envío

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal pequeña, pero sí te permite enviar tu paquete. La dependienta es capaz y eficiente. Por la pandemia los horarios y sus protocolos están comprometidos, pero al menos en esta sucursal no encuentras mucha gente.
It is a small branch, but it does allow you to send your package. The saleswoman is capable and efficient. Due to the pandemic, the schedules and their protocols are compromised, but at least in this branch you do not find many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Báscula está muy mal calibrada ya que lleve 3 botellas igual A 3 litros de Jamaica YA QUÉ CADA UNA CONTENÍA 1 LITRO qué enviaría a Jalisco y pesaban 8 kilos...NO LO PODÍA CRÉER... pedí ME pensaran una botella y esa botella pesaba UN KILO y por lógica 2 botellas pesarían 2 kilos...pero NO...pesó casi los 8 kilos y luego pesaron las 3 botellas y pesaron los 8 kilos entre las 3...
Aguas así son los robos en ese negocio.
The Scale is very badly calibrated since it has 3 bottles equal to 3 liters of Jamaica AND WHAT EACH ONE CONTAINED 1 LITER that would send to Jalisco and they weighed 8 kilos ... I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT ... I asked them to think of a bottle and that bottle it weighed ONE KILO and logically 2 bottles would weigh 2 kilos ... but NO ... it weighed almost 8 kilos and then they weighed the 3 bottles and they weighed 8 kilos between the 3 ...
Waters like this are the robberies in that business.
