★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No venía mi mi dispositivo me. Robaron los de fedex solo venia el cuadro del cargador y venia abierta la caja forzada y aparte mi hijo la recibió cuando debería de ser un adulto y ni papel entregaron malditos y faltan los papeles de el cel perros
 My device was not coming to me. The fedex ones only stole the charger box and the box was forced open and apart my son received it when he should be an adult and not even paper was delivered damn and the papers of the dog are missing

Fast attention. They just need to have more attention in the office because they only have one person!!! And you have to have some patience. Suggestion please minimum 2 people to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el servicio, sólo que se batalla un poco con la entrega a domicilio. Ya tienen un par de semanas argumentando que en la guía no se ve el domicilio y duró el paquete 4 días en el Cedis. Al irlo a recoger está totalmente legible el domicilio.
Puede ser falta de personal...
The service is fine, only that it struggles a bit with home delivery. They have already been arguing for a couple of weeks that the address is not visible in the guide and the package lasted 4 days at the Cedis. When I go to pick it up, the address is fully legible.
Could be lack of staff...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx in Torreon is a disaster. Worst organization and service of all package delivery services. Torreon FedEx management need to get their s#!t together and review training and process. Going to use Estafeta or Tiny Pack.
