Fui hoy a dejar un paquete y no tenian sistema, llevan dos dias asi segun y nadie ha hecho nada para repararlo, asco de servicio

Es muy deficiente el servicio, son extremadamente lentos, puedes estar formado más de una hora aún teniendo cuenta, urge una sucursal con gente como la que estaba en López Mateos, Nezahualcóyotl, tendremos que cambiar a estafeta, en fin.

Un mal servicio a la hora de entrega. Mi familiar se equivocó en la dirección de envío y se pudo cambiar sin embargo el empleado al momento de entregarnos el paquete nos la hizo "cansado" primero diciendo "que no la tenía" después que "posiblemente ya la habían ido a dejar a mi domicilio" cuando nunca dimos la dirección; luego que ya la había encontrado en un tono nos dijo "y si tiene donde llevársela ¡porque esta muy pesada!". Muy rara su actitud y grosera. Además que en la atención a cliente por chat no actualizan su directorio. ?

No había tenido problema pero los empleados (una señora con coleta y un señor de lentes) que estuvieron el 22 de marzo a las 5:30pm de lo PEOR, te tratan de mala gana, te preguntan algo y si no sabes de lo que les hablas se burlan, mala atención atención al cliente, sales casi casi regañado de ahi. Y por si fuera poco a mi clienta le llegó su paquete y la caja estaba MANIPULADA (me mando video) y vi como estaba COMPLETAMENTE mal acomodado y ni siquiera como yo lo habia empaquetado. Levanté un reporte y le estan dando seguimiento.

Muy buen trato,muy buen servicio y sobre todo,si quieren trabajar y respetan las tarjetas que la Gerencia de Fedex nos da a los clientes asiduos,es tras tarjetas nos dan un descuento sobre nuestro paquete de envío,en otras muchas sucursales de Fedex no respetan lo estipulado de la tarjeta de descuento y solo le dan a uno migajas de burla porque el que apliquen $10.00 en un envío,es una burla y como son empleados que no respetan las promociones de su empresa dan muy mala imagen de la misma ,.
