★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,ya es la segunda ocasión que mi paquete se pierde en la bodega y lo único que te dicen es levantaremos su reporte, y nosotros nos comunicamos con usted, nada que hablen en el otro 1 mes para que me digan que solo el 30% de mi producto me podrían reembolsar pero es otro tramite y tarda 30 días en dar respuesta. Yo pienso que los mismos trabajadores lo robaan, por que no puede ser que se pierda en su bodega, su tiene escaneo que se encuentra ahí y el día de entrega desaparece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es sumamente molesto ir a buscar tus paquetes hasta sus bodegas esto debido a que no se si no tienen personal pero Demoran terriblemente y el paquete indicaba hace 3 días estaba en Mérida, y aun me ivan a entregar hasta lunes (osea 12 días) fatal .

Es la segunda vez en mi vida que el paquete que pido en fedex.. no lo entregan a mi domicilio me hacen ir hasta la bodega a buscarlo.... Siendo que las otras paqueterías como DHL, Amazon, mercado libre, estafeta. Llegan sin ningún problema al domicilio.
Siento que es flojera del repartidor y según deduzco sea el mismo que trabaja desde hace ,5 años por qué hace 5 años pedí un producto y fue lo mismo, escribió que el domicilio estaba mal.
En fin. Ya me desahogue. Nunca más en mi vida vuelvo a pedir por fedex.de Mérida Yucatán México.
Terrible service, they take a long time.
It is the second time in my life that the package that I order from fedex... they do not deliver it to my home, they make me go to the warehouse to look for it.... Being that the other parcel companies such as DHL, Amazon, free market, post office. They arrive without any problem at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entrega el mismo día que reciben, sábados no trabajan, servicio telefónico da que desear. Una de las tantas veces que tengo que ir en ves de recibir mi paquete en mi casa. Deberían mejorar más su sistema de envío. Y recibí maltratado mi paquete.
They do not deliver the same day they receive, they do not work on Saturdays, telephone service leaves something to be desired. One of the many times that I have to go instead of receiving my package at home. They should improve their shipping system more. And I received my package mistreated.
