★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al menos aquí ponen un viejito a atender y es muy grosero y se hace horas con un cliente aún cuando uno vaya solo a preguntar algo rápido le dice que se espere y no le contesta aunque solo le quite 5 segundos responder, pues no hay que esperar hasta 30 minutos para que se digne a decirle un par de palabras pero bueno dejando de lado eso no dan etiquetas de frágil tampoco bolsas de envío aún cuando tienen que darlas siempre dicen que no hay pero si exigen un embalaje perfecto o te lo regresan, tampoco entregan los paquetes, me tocó muchas veces que esperaba dos paquetes y uno decía no estaba en domicilio y el otro que no existía la dirección ni siquiera se ponen de acuerdo para mentir y no hay con quién quejarse manejan esa empresa con las patas, unos paquetes si llegan y otros no existe la casa depende del humor del repartidor lo mismo me pasó con los envíos que hacía. Cómo sea creo que después de tanta queja ya están cambiando eso. Personalmente no los recomiendo para nada mil veces mejor DHL ellos hasta te llaman para avisarte que ya van.

Anyway, I think that after such a complaint they are already changing that. Personally I do not recommend them at all a thousand times better DHL they even call you to warn you that they are already going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sra que atiende es demasiado lenta. Los envíos al Revisar el código de guía siempre aparece que ni lo han recibido. Se entiende que es una persona grande pero no es capaz para el trabajo. Sino quiere trabajar o no entiende la importancia del sevicio de mensajeria tanto para clientes y usuarios que de espacio a las nuevas generaciónes o personas que realmente quieren trabajar.
Se hará la denuncia formal en FedEx, al supervisor de zona y se enviara correo a jorge L. Torres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO! No aceptan guías prepagadas, abren a la hora que quieren, llegue a las 11:30 hrs y apenas iba llegando la doña; pero que se puede esperar de esta paqueteriachuraa que siempre entrega los paquetes en mal estado.

Fui al fedex que esta antes de llegar plaza aragón y recibi un pésimo servicio, por eso no realicé el envió ahí, lo bueno es que encontré este local.
