★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone abren a las 9:30 am sin embargo es la tercera vez que llegó antes de las10 am y está cerrado, el personal de antes era muy amable ahora el servicio es lento, tedioso y en una ocasión no me quisieron documentar todos mis paquetes (4) porque faltaban 25 min para el cierre y no alcanzarían a terminar en tiempo, por supuesto que pedí hablar con el gerente o encargado ya que yo había llegado previo al cierreby documentar 4 paquetes en 25 min me parece suficiente tiempo.
Otro punto negativo es que les das tus datos y luego que pareciera estar a punto de terminar te vuelven a pedir los datos que porque se les cerró el sistema, una vez lo creo más me parece negligencia. Estoy escribiendo este review mientras espero a que abren, no es posible que tengan un horario exhibido y no lo cumplan, espero llegue a los directivos para que vean porque su personal está abriendo tarde y te niegan el servicio para cerrar temprano.
No se respeta el horario ya son las 10 am y nadie llega
They are supposed to open at 9:30 a.m. however, this is the third time it has arrived before 10 a.m. and it is closed, the staff before was very friendly, now the service is slow, tedious and on one occasion they did not want to document all my packages (4) because there were 25 minutes left before the closing and they would not be able to finish on time, of course I asked to speak with the manager or person in charge since I had arrived before the closing and documenting 4 packages in 25 minutes seems like enough time to me.
Another negative point is that you give them your data and after it seems to be about to finish they ask you for the data again because the system was closed, once again I think it seems negligence. I am writing this review while I wait for them to open, it is not possible that they have a posted schedule and do not comply with it, I hope it reaches the directors so that they can see why their staff is opening late and they deny you the service for closing early.
The schedule is not respected, it is already 10 am and nobody arrives
