★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan buen servicio, tienen un nuevo horario por lo que vi hoy 20 de mayo del 2020, de 9:30 am a 17:30 pm de lunes a viernes. No me fije el del sábado pero si no quieren esperar media hora les aconsejo lleguen como a las 9:30 o 10:00 am cierran.
They give good service, they have a new schedule from what I saw today May 20, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Do not look at Saturday but if you do not want to wait half an hour I advise you to arrive around 9:30 or 10:00 am they close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, llegué exactamente a las 2 de la tarde y no me quisieron recibir un sobre porque supuestamente a esa hora iban a comer, además me dicen que no había sistema y que si dejaba el sobre no sabrían hasta cuándo se iba a enviar. Camine 2km para nada. Pésima atención!
Horrible, I arrived at exactly 2 in the afternoon and they didn't want to receive an envelope because supposedly at that time they were going to eat, they also told me that there was no system and that if I left the envelope they would not know how long it was going to be sent. Walk 2km for nothing. Terrible attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal me atendio eficientemente. Sin embargo el sistema de entrega de paquete. Por el hecho de no encontrar una direccion y lanzar el paquete a abandono sin aviso sin correo y sin actualización en sistema, me parece muy negligente. El paquete no lo entregaron a menos que se realizara un reporte. Deben considerar colocar un paquete en alguna sucursal y notificar sea por correo y actualizar el sistema de rastreo.
The staff attended me efficiently. However the package delivery system. Due to the fact of not finding an address and throwing the package to abandonment without notice without mail and without updating in the system, it seems to me very negligent. The package was not delivered unless a report was made. They should consider placing a package in a branch and notify it by mail and update the tracking system.

Aunque en la logística he gestionado el cambio de dirección para recoger en sucursal, confirman que ya se aplicó el cambio y resulta que hacen caso omiso y lo llevan a la dirección inicial. No entiendo para que confirman algo que no van a ejecutar. Esto me ha ocurrido 3 veces.
The service at this branch is fast and good. Although in logistics I have managed the change of address to pick up at the branch, they confirm that the change has already been applied and it turns out that they ignore it and take it to the initial address. I do not understand why they confirm something that they are not going to execute. This has happened to me 3 times.
