★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que no es una oficina oficial, me querían cobrar por un paquete que ya esta pagado pues es de mercado libre, recomiendo la de ixmiquilpan, esa si es oficial y registran el paquete de inmediato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, la chica delgadita que atiende ahorita y hasta el señor qué creo es su papá, son más accesibles y atentos que la señora anterior, he realizado ya varios envíos ahí sin problema alguno. A diferiencia de Estafeta-Actopan donde las personas que atienden son groseras y atienden de mala gana. Estaría más que perfecto que se pudiera arreglar el costo de los 50 pesos extra, porque el servicio en mi opinión, es bueno.
Very good service, the thin girl who attends right now and even the man who I think is her father, they are more accessible and attentive than the previous lady, I have already made several shipments there without any problem. Unlike Estafeta-Actopan where the people who serve are rude and serve reluctantly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se cumple con las medidas sanitarias. Es un lugar pequeño y había 3 personas dentro, la trabajadora y dos acompañantes más, éstas dos últimas sin cubrebocas, solo la chica que atiende se lo puso cuando llegué. Lástima de oficina, Fedex es una buena empresa de paquetería.
Sanitary measures are not complied with. It is a small place and there were 3 people inside, the worker and two other companions, the latter two without face masks, only the girl who attended put it on when I arrived. Too bad about the office, Fedex is a good parcel company.
