De mi parte un 10 para las 2 señoritas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en Mostrador la Srita. Veronica Hernández atiende de mala gana, grosera, no aceptó mi paquete cuando mi guía estaba en regla con los requerimientos que pide la paquetería. Aún llamando a servicio a cliente le contesta a los de atención a cliente de igual forma muy grosera. Si no quieren trabajar de plano que no vayan, pero deben de brindar un buen servicio.
Terrible service, at the counter Ms. Veronica Hernández reluctantly attends, rude, she did not accept my package when my guide was in line with the requirements requested by the parcel. Even calling customer service answers the customer service in a very rude way. If they do not want to work flat that they do not go, but they must provide a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear, fui a dejar un paquete y según cerraban la sucursal a las dos, llegué a la 1 y ya no me quisieron recibir. Deberían respetar sus horarios. Aparte el personal muchas veces atienden de mala gana.
The service leaves much to be desired, I went to drop off a package and as the branch closed at two, I arrived at 1 and they no longer wanted to receive me. They should respect their schedules. Besides, the staff often serve reluctantly.
