BAD SERVICE ... I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGES AS THERE IS NO COVERAGE IN MY HOME. THEY CONTRACT THIRD PARTIES AND THESE DO NOT GO AND IN FOLLOWING THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAVE VISITED ME WITHOUT MEETING WHEN IT HAS NOT BEEN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envie un faro de moto via Fedex a nuestro importador en Monterrey para una Expo, Esta oficina FEDEX de Monterrey y su gerencia tiene nuestra parte en sus almacenes desde entonces, ha negado darnos servicio de importacion alegando que se se ha asignado a un agente tercero. Y no ha ofrecido ninguna solucion que no sea pagar el rescate que son costos de almacenaje que se elevan a 2 veces el valor del faro. (Faro $250 usd, Almacenaje y costos adicionales de importacion ya estan en $500). NO tiene ningun sentido. No recomiendo utilizar FEDEX (Monterrey) para servicios internacionales. Muchas mejores compañias con mejor atencion y servicio
Send a motorcycle headlight via Fedex to our importer in Monterrey for an Expo, This Monterrey FEDEX office and its management have our share in their warehouses since then, they have denied giving us import service claiming that a third party agent has been assigned. And it has not offered any solution other than paying the ransom, which are storage costs that amount to 2 times the value of the lighthouse. (Lighthouse $ 250 usd, Storage and additional import costs are already at $ 500). It does not make any sense. I do not recommend using FEDEX (Monterrey) for international services. Many better companies with better attention and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande un paquete con FEDEX para que llegara el 25 de diciembre. Mexico lo retuvo en aduanas por casi 1 mes. Todos los regalos que mande estaban abiertos y tapados con cinta que decia -aduanas Monterrey -- inclusive un juego de mesa que estaba nuevisto envuelto en plastico, me encontre los lapicitos afuera. Se pasan enserio -- no solo me arruinaron la navidad, pero tambien abrieron todos los regalos. No lE DARIA ni una estrella. Uno de los regalos era unas palas de ping pong y estan todas usadas...como si hubieran jugado con ellas. Nota: chequen la cinta azul tratando de "volver a poner el reglao en su lugar" lo peor de todo esque todo lo que estaba alli eran cosas que venian en la description de la nota. PESIMO, SERVICIO FATAL.
Send a package with FEDEX to arrive on December 25. Mexico held it in customs for almost 1 month. All the gifts I sent were open and covered with tape that said - Monterrey customs - including a board game that had been wrapped in plastic, I found the little pencils outside. They are serious - not only did they ruin my Christmas, but they also opened all the gifts. I wouldn't give him a star. One of the gifts was ping pong paddles and they are all used ... as if they had been played with. Note: check the blue ribbon trying to "put the rule back in place" worst of all is that all that was there were things that came in the description of the note. PESIMO, FATAL SERVICE.
