★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señora Aura Hernández (recepcionista y trabajadora) me trató como si no valiera nada y si fuera la peor persona en el mundo, llamé por su gerente y se le llenaba el hocico de decir que no se encontraba y no podía recibir el paquete porque necesitaba una guía certificada y que son políticas de Fedex cosa que le solicité me mostrará y se negó. El guardia desde que llegué me trató fatal porque llegué en bicicleta y no la podía dejar afuera por la evidente inseguridad de la zona, llamándome "delicado". En fin pésimo servicio de ambos. si pudiera les pongo 0 estrellas.
 Terrible service, Mrs. Aura Hernández (receptionist and worker) treated me as if I was worth nothing and if I was the worst person in the world, I called for her manager and her nose filled with saying that she was not there and could not receive the package because I needed a certified guide and that they are Fedex policies, which I asked him to show me and he refused. Since I arrived, the guard treated me badly because I arrived on a bicycle and could not leave it outside due to the evident insecurity of the area, calling me "delicate." In short, terrible service from both. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor oficina de Fedex de México. El personal es antipático e inepto. Cierran cuando se les da su gana, sin respetar los horarios que tienen establecidos y anunciados. Un asco total.
The worst Fedex office in Mexico. The staff is unfriendly and inept. They close when they feel like it, without respecting the schedules that they have established and announced. A total disgust.
