Pésima atención, es la segunda ocasión que intento recoger mi paquete, ayer marqué temprano como a las 12pm y jamás respondieron, vine 15min antes de las 7pm y ya no me atendieron, que es hasta 20min antes de las 7pm (en internet dice que es de 9am a 8pm; y afuera tienen un letrero que dice de 9am a 7pm), pregunté sí debía llegar al día siguiente a una hora específica o algo, y me dijeron que llegara antes, llegué hoy a las 2pm y me dicen que atienden a las 3pm, porque el encargado salió a comer, le comenté que eso debieron decirnos ayer, ya que ahora estoy esperando afuera, en el sol, a que se dé la hora. La verdad creí que exageraban con los malos comentarios referentes a la atención, pero ya veo que no. Pareciera que nos están haciendo un favor, o que ellos pagaron nuestros paquetes.

Nunca había tenido problemas con la empresa pero está vez me dejaron insatisfecho como cliente, un familiar me mandó un paquete tardaron más de 2 días hábiles en recolectarlo además el paquete llegó a sus instalaciones el jueves día viernes no lo enviaron a mi domicilio así que decidí ir por el sorpresa en la entrada me dijeron que no se podía, además de que tienen unos vigilantes quienes son los que te dicen los usan de intermediario para no tratar con el cliente , al vigilante le dieron la instrucción de decirme que esperara al lunes para la entrega a domicilio y para nada , aún no entregan mi envío , de verdad que está vez fue un servicio pésimo.

Es eficiente, pero puede ser mejor. Mi paquete llegó sano y salvo, pero me hubiera gustado que la atención de los empleados en el lugar fuera mejor y más amigable, así como también me hubiera gustado que la limpieza del lugar fuera mejor ya que la oficina donde recogí mi paquete estaba algo sucia y con apariencia descuidada, por no mencionar que el aire acondicionado con el que contaban era precario.

Si horario dice que cierran a las 3 y están cerrados desde las 2 de la tarde, además de que el policía de la entrada es un altanero, no me dejó hablar con un supervisor y no me quiso dar su nombre. No quiero que me contacten diciéndome que lamentan que haya tenido una mala experiencia, lo que quiero es que se comprometan a capacitar a su personal, las personas por teléfono son super amables ¿Porque los demás no pueden ser igual? Trabajo constantemente con la empresa y hay gente que si le gusta trabajar. Es la primera vez que me quedó con este mal sabor de boca y por eso estoy tan molesta y mi paquetería sin enviar todavía con esa. Además creo que sí van a cerrar por hot sale o algo se debe hacer la modificación pertinente en su página de internet para que los que necesitamos el servicio nos anticipemos. Me sorprende que una empresa con tanto prestigio no le preste atención a este tipo de "detalles"

Horarios pésimos, cierran a las 2 los sábados, deberian pensar en dar mejor atención al cliente, debes estar parado en el sol mientras esperas información del paquete.
