★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una guía prepagada alas 5 de la tarde el día de aller y hoy son las 12 del día y aún no le dan un escaneo al paquete muy mal servicio, en otras sucursales le dan el escaneo ese mismo día, y ni contestan el teléfono ahora tengo que ir personalmente aver que chingados paso con mi paquete

Creo que los usuarios debemos tener más empatía con los empleados... ellos deben cumplir un protocolo de máxima seguridad para que el servicio completo sea EXCELENTE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen su trabajo rápido y concreto el personal que me ha tocado no ha sido activo y te resuelven dudas eso si también hay que comprender que es un negocio tienen políticas y que en ocasiones se les junta la gente pero es porque no son malos en su negocio
