★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar la recepción con los oficiales fue poco atenta, al entrar a dónde reciben el paquete el personal no se encontraba le saludé en voz alta y salió le mostré el paquete a enviar y no escaneo el paquete solo le comenté que eres devolución y me dijo que eso era todo
 Upon arrival the reception with the officers was inattentive, when entering where they receive the package the staff was not there I greeted him out loud and he came out I showed him the package to send and I did not scan the package I just told him that you are a return and he told me that that was all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar problemas con la entrega de mi paquete, los repartidores se limitaron a decir que no encontraban el domicilio, cuando con otras paqueterías jamás he tenido problemas ( Y a uno de ellos le dí indicaciones muy precisas) . La atención telefónica horrible, los asesores cuelgan las llamadas y la recepcionista en sucursal cero amable. HORRIBLE SERVICIO !!!
To start with problems with the delivery of my package, the couriers limited themselves to saying that they could not find the address, when with other packages I have never had problems (And I gave one of them very precise indications). The horrible telephone attention, the advisers hang up the calls and the receptionist in branch zero friendly. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio además de caro... Entregaron en otro lado y la recuperación del paquete fue tardado... Su call Center es muy desesperante para que te contesten y la información no es exacta... Tuve que dedicarle dos días a que me solucionaran el problema que ellos mismos generaron.
Terrible service as well as expensive... They delivered elsewhere and the recovery of the package was slow... Their call center is very desperate for them to answer you and the information is not exact... I had to spend two days to get it solved the problem they themselves created.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene estacionamiento y casi les tienes que rogar por qué te traigan tu paquete,soportar malas caras para que busquen tu paquete,se siente su mal ambiente de trabajo y uno paga las consecuencias, no hay coherencia entre sus informes que te dice el call Center con sus acciones de paquetería osea trabajan en direcciónes opuestas
It does not have a parking lot and you almost have to beg them to bring your package, put up with bad faces to get them to look for your package, you feel their bad work environment and one pays the consequences, there is no consistency between their reports that the call center tells you with their parcel actions, that is, they work in opposite directions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El centro de envío se encuentra sobre la lateral de la autopista a la altura de la central de abastos, el servicio es bueno, los precios no tanto y es complicado entrar, ya que la entrada es por medio de una caseta de vigilancia (¿para qué usar una caseta de vigilancia si es para el público en general??)
The shipping center is located on the side of the highway at the height of the supply center, the service is good, the prices are not so great and it is difficult to enter, since the entrance is through a guardhouse (for why use a guardhouse if it is for the general public??)
