★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de servicio muy flojo, si llegas 20 minutos antes del cierre de la sucursal te dicen que ya no alcanzan a darte el servicio que porque ya no alcanzan a imprimir una etiqueta!! Por favor!! Si ni siquiera se les estaba pidiendo que se fuera ese día, solo que imprimieran y recibieran el paquete !! Van varias veces que recibo un mal servicio!! Si no quieres pasar un mal rato, utiliza otra paquetería. Otras paqueterías así llegues 5 min antes del cierre te atienden. Si no quieren atender después de las 6:30pm actualicen en Google que cierran a esa hora para que uno no tenga que trasladarse pensando que recibirá atención y con la mano en la cintura digan: Ya no alcanzo a imprimir la etiqueta. Se ponen sus moños como si fueran la única paquetería, no se dan cuenta que tienen mucha competencia, yo no vuelvo a utilizar esta paquetería y no la recomendare.
The very lazy service staff, if you arrive 20 minutes before the branch closes they tell you that they can no longer give you the service because they can no longer print a label!! Please!! If they were not even being asked to leave that day, just to print and receive the package!! There are several times that I receive bad service !! If you don't want to have a bad time, use another package. Other parcels, even if you arrive 5 minutes before closing, they attend to you. If you don't want to attend after 6:30 pm, update on Google that they close at that time so that you don't have to travel thinking that you will receive attention and with your hand on your waist say: I can't print the label anymore. They wear their bows as if they were the only package, they do not realize that they have a lot of competition, I will not use this package again and I will not recommend it.
