★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio telefónico, me contestaron después de 6 llamadas y en la sucursal de Santa Rosa, llegue a las 9 a.m. pensando que a esa hora abrían y me encontré un letrero que indicaba que habrían a las 9:30, finalmente la persona que abrió llego a hasta las 10:10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio según cierran 7:30 y la señorita que atiende no quiso recibir mi paquete a las 7:20 que porque estaba fuera de horario, mejor me fui a dhl ahí sin problemas recibieron mi paquete, pésima atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal sevicio lleve un paquete desde el martes primero no me lo quiso recibir me hizo esperar casi una hora luego me lo recibió mal lo deje antes de las dices del día el paquete es exprés y hoy es viernes y ni siquiera ah llegado mi paquete la señorita que estaba es muy mal educada, hace lo que quiere en esa oficina muy mala recomendación.. y no es la primera ves la ves pasada se lo hizo a mi esposo.

El martes fuis adejar un paquete exprés
Hoy es viernes y no ha sido entregado
Y al parecer todo es por ignorante, irrespetuosa , y mal educada señorita que está detrás del mostrador
Además de tenerme ahí hasta que sus ovarios quisieron
Mi paquete fue entregado alas 11:16 de la mañana
Y el sistema dice q no salió el martes por q no fue recibido antes de las 4 PM
Espero que alguien de fedex lea esto y con gusto le doy los datos del envio
Y revisen las cámaras del establecimiento ya hay una persona nefasta detrás de un trabajo que requiere de un persona con carácter de humano no

Espero que sirva estos comentarios por q de nada sirve hablar al número 800 de fedex
Que falta le hace una recordada está señorita arrabalera que la manden al mercado a vender verduras para q aprenda como se lleva un negocio de carácter internacional
