Acudi 2:10 y no me quisieron atender siendo muy déspotas por cierto, marque al 1800 y el asesor que me atendió en línea me pidió que los comunicara y no quisieron atender la llamada en conclusión no me dieron ninguna solución
The staff who attend during the week do not have a single complaint but the weekend staff super lousy their attention in their hours indicates that they close at 3.
I came 2:10 and they did not want to attend to me being very despotic by the way, I dialed 1800 and the advisor who attended me online asked me to communicate them and they did not want to answer the call in conclusion they did not give me any solution

The service is good. But I had a huge problem with my shipment, it took more than 15 days to be delivered ... Very bad parcel, in life I use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que acudo a esta sucursal para realizar envíos noto que los trabajadores están de malas, tratan mal, no te explican nada (pretenden que uno sepa los procesos y requisitos internos de la empresa) la última fue el día 20 de Mayo del 2022, donde de mala manera el encargado colmo mi paciencia lo increpé que no le estaba pidiendo un favor sino solicitando un servicio, me retire por lo lamentable de su actitud. Lo bueno es que DHL está a dos negocios de distancia al entrar a esa empresa dos señoritas muy amablemente me atendieron y explicaron algunos requerimiento, y vaya que diferencia Tan notable por el mismo precio. Pido de la manera más atenta se capacite a su personal en atención al público ya que su labor depende directamente de las personas que acudimos a solicitar el servicio.
P.d. Yo no regreso a ese lugar y no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not saying they all offer the same good service, but I wish this FEDEX would at least have bubble wrap to sell their customers for their packages. It seems like company policy does not permit customers to use their own boxes from detergent food or electronics, so you will have to whip out some cold cash to pay for that FEDEX cardboard box. Don't bother asking the guy at the front desk why that is since he does not know either. I guess the delivery is still reliable, but cheap not in any way!
