★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio ... Nunca contestan el teléfono... Entregan cuando quieren y hacen lo que quieren. Me hicieron ir hasta Huatulco y guango llegué que ya lo habían enviado ,regrese a casa y no había llegado marque al repartidor nunca contesto y ahora me dice que espere. .. me dicen un día y al final. No sé sabe hasta ahora nada ...no lo recomiendo jamás .
 Bad service ... They never answer the phone ... They deliver when they want and they do what they want. They made me go to Huatulco and guango I arrived that they had already sent it, I returned home and it had not arrived I checked the delivery man I never answered and now he tells me to wait. .. they tell me one day and at the end. I don't know knows so far ... I never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy esperando un paquete "urgente" que fue pagado como tal, debía llegar hace 4 días y ahora resulta que llega hasta el lunes, me urge porque tengo una enfermedad y necesito unos suplementos alimenticios que encargué. No sirve su línea telefónica y no hay forma de comunicarse con ellos. Misión imposible, pésimo servicio y costos indebidos. Nunca vuelvo a usar #Fedex.
I am waiting for an "urgent" package that was paid for as such, it had to arrive 4 days ago and now it turns out that it arrives until Monday, it is urgent because I have a disease and I need some nutritional supplements that I ordered. Their phone line is out of order and there is no way to reach them. Mission impossible, lousy service and undue costs. I never use #Fedex again.

Lizbeth Torres de la sucursal FedEx Huatulco, teniendo mi paquete en resguardo no me lo entregó, argumentando que el personal que lo entrega a domicilio no estaba en funciones desde las 12:00 hrs y que ella en oficina no podía entregar mi paquete. Por más que le dije que eran medicamentos, y que me urgian, no me lo entregó, lástima que con personas como ella se llevan mala fama demás personal con excelente actitud de servicio al cliente.
Very bad attitude from Ms. Lizbeth Torres from the FedEx Huatulco branch, having my package in safekeeping, did not deliver it to me, arguing that the staff that delivered it to my home was not on duty from 12:00 hrs and that she in the office could not deliver my package. As much as I told her that they were medications, and that they urged me, she did not give it to me, too bad that with people like her other staff with excellent customer service attitude get a bad name.
