★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realicé un envío y se robaron parte del envío, trate de contactar el servicio al cliente de fedex México y nunca me ayudaron o resolvieron. El día de ayer quede impactado como cargan el camión, los empleados jugando aventándose los paquetes, varios se les cayeron, cuando los suben al camión también los avientan, trate de contactar a fedex México nuevamente y no les interesó en lo más mínimo, no me preguntaron sucursal o tampoco se preocuparon para revisar lo que sucede en su sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el envío de un mega pequeño paquete me pedían a fuerza mi RFC, les dije que no lo tenía, y me mandaron a tramitarlo al SAT!!! Les dije que eso era absurdo, pero me dijeron que le reclamará al SAT?. Fui dos veces porque quería esa paquetería pero se negaron totalmente. Solución: fui a DHL que está enfrente y no hubo ningún problema y ni me pidieron nada. Ni una estrella se merecen.
To send a mega small package they asked me by force for my RFC, I told them I didn't have it, and they sent me to process it at the SAT!!! I told them that was absurd, but they told me that they would claim the SAT?. I went twice because I wanted that package but they totally refused. Solution: I went to DHL across the street and there was no problem and they didn't ask me for anything. They don't even deserve a star.
