★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reciben hasta 11:30pm y tambien reciben guias de Mercado libre pero es mejor entregarlas temprano ya que luego no las escanean en el momento sino hasta el dia siguiente por algun problema con el sistema, los chicos de fedex son muy amables. Recomiendo el lugar al 100%
They receive until 11:30 pm and they also receive free market guides but it is better to deliver them early since then they do not scan them at the moment but until the next day due to some problem with the system, the guys from fedex are very friendly. I recommend the place 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleva tus paquetes con guía impresa antes de las 19:00 hrs y salen ese mismo día. A veces tienen problemas con sistema.
Take your packages with a printed guide before 7:00 p.m. and they leave that same day. Sometimes they have problems with the system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo para que poner un Fedex 24 horas, si me dicen que mi paquete saldrá a ruta hasta el día siguiente. Lamentablemente DHL sigue siendo el mejor, ellos si trabajan. Así les lleves uno en la noche sale a ruta en la madrugada
I do not understand why to put a Fedex 24 hours, if they tell me that my package will leave the route until the next day. Unfortunately DHL is still the best, they do work. Even if you take them one at night, they go out on the road at dawn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio mas lento q pueden tener, con un solo cliente se tardan 15-20 min.... de 2 o 3 empleados q siempre hay no se hace uno..... super tardados y siempre con caras de pocos amigos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable atención por parte del señor de edad mediaavanzada con canas, se cree el jefe de ahí y cree que puede tratarte de la peor manera. Actitud altanera, prepotente y deficiente.
Si tienes algún caso así, levante su queja en los teléfonos de fedex para que le den una retroalimentacion al señor (jalón de orejas).
Ni ganas dan de volver
Deplorable attention from the middle-aged man with gray hair, he thinks he is the boss there and thinks he can treat you in the worst way. Haughty, arrogant and deficient attitude.
If you have any such case, raise your complaint on the fedex telephones so that they give a feedback to the man (slap on the wrist).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato que tiene el personal hacia los clientes es muy malo y en muchas ocasiones he tratado de llevar mis paquetes a esta sucursal y no hay sistema, ellos argumentan que llegara hasta el próximo día

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gusta el trato, no se si es por lo económico pero asta uno se queda con la duda si esta en sistema tu paquete o se lo quedan... Pero asta ahorita no me han fallado...
